Refund policy

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail First Class.

I aim to get all orders shipped within 1-3 days.

In the rare case of not being able to fulfil this time period I will email you and let you know the new shipping date and give you the option to cancel.

If you would like your order tracked please contact me and I will happily arrange at an additional cost.

1st class mail can take up to 5 days in the UK

2nd class mail can take up to 7 days in the UK

International postage times vary depending on location Royal Mail guidance is;

5 working days to Europe 

7 working days Worldwide 

However in my experience these times are longer with Europe taking up to 2 weeks and rest of the world up to 5 weeks at peak times 

Unfortunately orders cannot be tracked unless you have requested the additional service.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges but please contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return shipping.

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I CAN'T accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
